*sigh* scorpio female here.. I kind of am, but not really, seeing a taurus. Its most likely my fault things have started to fizzle away.. one of his really good friends is a very pretty girl, and it drives me crazy! it probably wouldn’t be such a concern to me if we didn’t live a couple hours apart. I’m a scorpio and Nancy is very correct on not messing with a scorpio. Taurus men from what I’ve learned are very emotional people, but will treat you as if you’re stupid if you let them. The problem with some Taurus men, they can’t seem to let go of their past relationship, they will even remain in contact with her. They even like to think they know everything, but they don’t. Man I’m in a bit of a dilemma… I’ve been with my Taurus for a long time now… over 6 years… we have kids but aren’t married. When I met my Taurus it was an immediate connection (lol although I did have to go out and get him). But I met a Cancer that’s driving me mad… I don´t cheat, but with this Cancer man its the closest I’ve come to doing so, and I can´t get him out of my head. I honestly am not one to seek out “parallel relationships”, I don´t believe in them, and I know that my Taurus would never forgive me, as I´m sure I would never forgive him if it were him.

In our case, our conflicts usually stem from his need to control just about everything. I get a sense that this is his way of protecting us and of “being the man”, but, while some women might indeed appreciate having a man around to tell them what to wear and how to spend their money, I am not one of those. We are both competitive, but sometimes err on the side of competing with each other.
@ Criddal, yes, it’s totally worth it. And yes, taurus is sensitive and single-minded. Once they decide you are the woman for them it would take a lot for them to change their mind (in other words, you’d really have to mess it up), and they don´t heal very quickly when wounded. Its like it takes so much to perforate that practical, thick skinned exterior that anything that actually does get through necessarily cuts deep. And they are proud, and they do keep track of slights made against them or if they don´t feel that both sides are pulling their weight in the relationship. However, my experience has been that they do listen and truly care to mend things. Taurus may not understand WHY you suffer over something, but he’ll try not to do it again because he doesn´t want you to feel bad, even if he doesn´t get it.
@ Chrome: A clean house and a hot meal is DEFINITELY something a Taurus man will appreciate. A Taurus’s home is his shelter. It’s his haven. A woman who can make his house a home is important to him (although let me clarify, this doesn´t mean that you need to be a housewife, but he will notice and appreciate the feminine touch and home-cooked meals). I am a Scorpio and my ex Lee is a Taurus..
When Lee and I met he was a total sweetheart, he always knew what I needed without me saying a word and I took care of him, we spent so much time together he ended up living with me. There was an instant connection on both sides and we could not be apart. I dated him for a long time before I called him my man or let him near my bed.
After a while he started separating me from my family, friends, etc. The more time he demanded the more I gave to him because I was falling deep. He would accuse me of looking at other men, talking to other men, always trying to catch me out but there was nothing he could have ever found because there was nothing to find. He would go through my phone, my belongings.
This consistently happened over a long period of time.. I couldn’t understand his paranoia so I did some digging of my own. He tried to get with a gorgeous girl. I read all their conversations and although he chose me over her months before I found out.. It crushed me.
I ended it, I called him and said I wanted his stuff out by the time I got home, he was no longer entitled to any part of my life.. And he needed to be gone. He tried lying to me at first about the potential cheating and we had a really violent argument, a lot of things got broken.
Because he hit me, threatened me, broke my stuff I got the police involved, he was put in a cell and he received a caution – because he had no previous convictions. When he was at the station, he could have put a caution against me for hacking his accounts but he dropped the charges even though I didn’t for him.
I ignored him for weeks, wouldn’t pick up his calls. Eventually he came to my house, started yelling up to my balcony. I told him where to stick it. He said he’d stay out there till I came down; hours and hours later I let him in for a chat.
He came clean about everything. Even another girl he had met in a club but he didn’t want her, again he wanted me.
In the time we were broken up, a man from my past came back into my life, the wonders of facebook, Adam admitted he was waiting for my relationship with Lee to end before approaching me. Years back, Adam was going to break up with his girlfriend for me but I don’t break up relationships even when I like their boyfriend so I had said no to him before I’d met Lee. And I was still saying no to Adam even though he was single at that time. In my eyes, he was still my friend, a shoulder to cry on and I cried and cried.
I was honest to Lee about Adam; he said it hurt him even though he admitted he’s done the damage to our relationship.
I loved him with all my heart so I took him back; I ended my friendship with Adam for Lee because he was paranoid of Adam fancying me. We spoke about everything, hearing things from each other we didn’t want to so we could improve and strengthen our relationship. I was genuinely happy again.
We lived near central London and decided to move closer to his family, so we were going to east London which is a rough area. We went through hard times, because he didn’t want to work, I eventually stopped working too as a point, he was always taking my debit card, taking money from me, always finding a new way to take. I wanted it to stop.
Soon after, I found he had been flirting with more girls too, I felt stuck. I told him he needed to get a job, he needed to stop acting single and treat me with respect if he wanted to keep me, if he wanted other women or to be free to just let me go. He wouldn’t let me go.
He became more abusive, tried getting me pregnant by hiding my pills silly boy I got more, locking me in our room, threatening to burn my clothes if I managed to get out, he hit me, and he was always watching me, 2 steps ahead of me. We had 1 set of keys, 1 phone, 1 oyster card (London travel card), 1 bank account – his, I lost mine because he got me into too much debt.
No matter how many times I tried to leave him, he would prevent me, either physically or through threats and find a way back in. I could never know for sure if he’d slept with anyone else as he learned how I was checking up on him.
It got too abusive in the end; I went out with his sister one night and saw his good friend who he’d fallen out with recently. I asked him so many questions, questions he wouldn’t have known what answer to give – IE: last Friday, did the power cut out of the club Zulus? I found more of Lee’s lies. So I finally asked, am I a mug? And he said yes, you’re Lee’s mug because he’s slept with at least 3 other women while you two have been properly together.
Lee somehow knew I was going to leave him even though he wasn’t there. He tried arguing with me that night, in the morning too, I didn’t care to respond or tell him anything I knew. It was done in my mind. When he left his sister’s house I used her phone to call mom. I asked mom to just pick me up; no questions just pick me up.
I waited at his sister’s house till my mom came. I had a feeling he was waiting for me at our house, so it wasn’t a good idea to go there alone. He deliberately withheld the house keys from me, so I broke a window.. Saw his coat, the TV was still on. I just got what I could grab and we left.
I changed my number, blocked him from everything. Then my best friend gave me a message from him he sent to her saying he was going to come to my mom’s and set fireworks off in her house; and he’d have me arrested in front of my little brother and sister.
I got the police involved again, but I didn’t put a conviction against him because I just wanted to move on. The officers still spoke to him and told him to leave me alone, his sister called me and said Lee will not contact me anymore.
But I’m still receiving messages off him, the latest one yesterday. He’s still apologizing, he still loves me but I just want to move on. I’ve never had my heart broken like this. Of course I still love him but I wouldn’t spit on him if he was on fire. He’s saying he’s changed but it’s too late. I’m moving to America permanently next month. I’m originally from California, I moved to London over 6 years ago to live here; Lee has grown up in east London.
It’s been 4 months since I left him and there’s still so much hurt, he’s ruined my life, he probably sees me as ruining his. I just want to go, he’s told me in the past if I continue to ignore him he’ll have me arrested at the airport. He said if he has to he’ll tell the police I’m carrying a bomb, find out where I’m being held and try to get me back.
Once more.. He’s schizophrenic. It runs in his family.
Yeah, I do think there is some kind of strange pull keeping us attracted to each other (he drives me wild on a shallow presence, he’s hot, the sex is good) maybe because of the opposites of our star signs.. But it all turned pretty dark. I’m still scared of him and what he’ll do.

I recently had a relationship with a Scorpio woman. She was so mysterious and deep, yet very simple and to the point about things at the same time. Her and I went to high school together and realized we both liked each other back then, but never did anything about it. The connection was so instant and instinctive.
